Ingest your Schedule

Forge runs on data. The first step is to upload your master project schedule. We currently support Primavera P6 XML exports.

Automatic Validation: Forge immediately runs Cycle Detection. If your schedule has logic loops (A → B → A), the upload will be rejected with a critical alert.

Upload Analysis Documents

A schedule without context is just lines on a page. Upload your project documents so the Oracle can understand why delays are happening.
