Your first 5 minutes in Forge. Let's turn that static P6 schedule into a living graph.

Import your Schedule

Forge runs on data. The first step is to import your master project schedule. Navigate to the Schedule Roadmap (/dashboard/schedule) and click Import Schedule. We support Primavera P6 XML (.xml) and P6 XER (.xer) files.

Automatic Validation: Forge immediately runs Cycle Detectionand topology analysis. If your schedule has logic loops (A → B → A), the upload will be rejected with an immediate diagnostic report.

AI Trade Discovery: During import, the engine analyzes your schedule's activity ID prefixes (e.g., STR-, MEP-) and automatically generates AI Trade Mappings for the project to increase future matching accuracy.

Ingest Site Evidence & Governing Rules

A schedule without contemporaneous context is just lines on a page. Head to the Signals Workspace (/dashboard/signals) and click Ingest Evidence & Rules.

Invite your Team

Forge is multiplayer. Go to Settings > Team and invite your Project Managers and Superintendents to start collaborating on risk mitigation.
